Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this site is Unico Nexus S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Via Guido D'Arezzo 16, Italy, VAT IT18552431001. For any request related to the processing of personal data, please write to info@uniconexus.it.
Categories of data collected
We process two categories of data: • Data you provide voluntarily — name, email address and the content of your message, submitted through the contact form or by writing directly to the email addresses published on the site. • Navigation data — the hosting infrastructure automatically logs, for technical and security purposes, information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps. This data is not used to profile users.
Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: • replying to enquiries and managing professional and commercial contacts; • ensuring the security, stability and diagnostics of the site; • complying with obligations imposed by law, regulations or authorities.
Legal basis
Depending on the case, processing is based on the following legal grounds set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): • Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request and, where applicable, performance of the contract; • Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest of the controller in the security of its IT infrastructure and in preventing abuse; • Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject.
Methods and place of processing
Data is processed by electronic means with technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., acting as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The hosting infrastructure serves content preferentially from data centres located within the European Union.
Data retention
Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to the purposes for which it was collected: • contact communications: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the relationship continues; • technical infrastructure logs: between 30 and 90 days, in accordance with the hosting provider's policies; • data processed to comply with legal obligations: for the period set by applicable law.
Recipients and disclosure
Data may be accessed by duly authorised personnel acting on behalf of the controller and by the data processors appointed by it, including the hosting provider mentioned above. Data is not disseminated, sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with professional advisors or public authorities only where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the controller's rights.
Transfers outside the EU
Should any technical services involve a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfer takes place exclusively to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights provided by articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including: • right of access to your personal data; • right to rectification and erasure; • right to restriction of processing; • right to data portability; • right to object to processing; • right to withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Requests can be sent to info@uniconexus.it: we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Complaints and changes to this notice
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). This notice may be updated at any time to reflect regulatory, organisational or technical changes. The current version is always the one published on this page; for material changes the last-updated date at the top of the document will be revised.
